My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, very convenient for getting around, but the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. Overall, the value for money was questionable with some unexpected charges.

Upon reserving my room, it wreaked of cigarettes, was filthy, and I was charged $20 for two towels that were soiled/stained due to soaking up the rain that ran in through the bottom of the door. The room smelled like a chain smoker lived inside. However, the service was helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was right off the freeway but in a very scary neighborhood. The dining experience left a lot to be desired. The facilities were okay but could use improvement.
